I have been fond of animals, especially horses since my early childhood.
When I was a toddler, there were still a few horse-drawn carriages in the area where we lived, passing under our window every now and then. Whenever I heard a carriage approaching, I began to jump and shout so my parents had to take me out of the cot and bring me to the window. I am utterly grateful to my parents for the summer holidays we spent at the Matra Hills in Northeast Hungary, where I could get a taste of genuine country life.

My friends and I even assisted herdsmen with their job. I was eight years old when my sisters began to take riding lessons at the National Riding Clun, the “Tattersaal”. I often joined them and developed a genuine affection for horseback riding. Since then, I have been an avid riding buff and I have been participating in show-jumping races for 20 years now.
THE FARM
I always dreamt of living at a place where I can surround myself with animals. I managed to turn that dream into reality a few years ago when we bought a piece of land just outside Budapest with my sister’s family. We built a stable and two houses there and that is where I live with my family now, with lots of dogs, cats and horses around the house.
